[opensuse-translation] Swedish translation

Hej! The Swedish translation for OpenSUSE seems to lag behind the other Nordic languages. And due to a bug in Leap 42.1 (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=953643) several menus are written in Cyrillic alphabet when you install the Swedish language package. I have used OpenSUSE for many years, and I think it's payback time. I'm willing to do some works on the Swedish translation and I contacted the Swedish team-leader Jonas Björk (jonas@jonasbjork.net), but he isn't active in the translation process any more.
