must be a local problem. I have mc installed and have added nothing extra but can read Tw rpm's. mc-4.8.25-1.2.x86_64

TW changed rpm compression method to zstd recently. I was trying to use 15.1's mc 4.8.22 to read TW's memtest86+ rpm. That would install the rpm, which is not what he intended.
