One of my Linux machines w/ Tumbleweed (which were both using the same base installation, but have probably diverged a bit during the years of using them for different tasks) shows color emoji in Emacs, while the other doesn't. I can't find out which package and/or configuration is responsible for that, any ideas? Yes, both have Noto color emoji installed and Emacs should be using that as its first preference if you look at the multilingual settings. Instead, some emoji will be shown black on white (apparently as a fallback replacement via Harfbuzz since the font providing the glyph isn't explicitly listed in the multilingual configuration). Were able to fix the issue if so care to share the solution Thanks -- Life is endless possibilities, and there is choice!
