One of my Linux machines w/ Tumbleweed (which were both using the same
base installation, but have probably diverged a bit during the years of
using them for different tasks) shows color emoji in Emacs, while the
other doesn't.  I can't find out which package and/or configuration is
responsible for that, any ideas?
