Dear All: Finally seem that SD card is broken. I found another SD that already have a opensuse live and boot very well. I suspect of this because after read you i start test with a diff /dev/sdd opensuse.... .iso and get : "binary files are differents" Thanks you to all. I use dd and imagewriter regularly for several distros. I'm definitely a cli guy but I really like imagewriter.
+1
However, more often than not, all I download before an installation is linux and initrd (the NET installation versions), which I have Grub load (from custom.cfg) when I want to begin an installation. This way I'm only downloading what's actually going to be installed, and not messing with stick or OM writing.
