I could not find any source for the above mentioned repo.
```
zypper lr -u
```
will tell you which repo name, alias, and repo-number the above
mentioned repo is in your configuration. Disable the corresponding
repo:
```
sudo zypper mr -d
```
or remove it entirely:
```
sudo zypper rr
```
and try again. In particular the package sk1 is available from the
official OSS repo anyway, and you shouldn't need the graphics repo at
all for it.
Anyway, why can't the graphics project provide sk1 binaries any more?
It looks like this is because the package has been broken in the
graphics project since its deletion from Factory in mid-April since it
doesn't support python3 yet [1]. Easily fixed for Leap 15.x: the
prj/pkg maintainer needs to remove the `_link` file from sources (it
will still not build for TW however because TW no longer supports
python2). I left a comment for the maintainer there.
NOTE: This *doesn't* change the recommendation that you should still
use the sk1 from the main repository on Leap 15.x, especially because
the pkg hasn't changed in some 2 years anyway and the last version
update was back in 2016.
Cheers.

delete: openSUSE:Factory/sk1
Message:
Latest git still requires python2, we have 3 years old version at it so remove for now and can be reintroduced when based on python3.
