SuSE Firewall2

Hello I am hoping someone here may be able to answer a question for me. I have to set up a proxy for a network, and I want it to work along these lines.... User opens up their browser and are given a page that I assign them automatically from the proxy(or DHCP server) and then they can enter an account id and password that I provide.
