[opensuse-science] Disabling/removing SLE11_SP4, SLE12 and SLE15_SP0?

Hi everyone, I propose to remove the above three repositories from the science project: SLE11_SP4: - most packages fail or are unresolvable - the remaining packages may be inconsistent, as many dependencies fail to build. SLE12: - builds against Tool:SLE_12, so is a misnomer - SLE12_SP0 is out of maintenance - not in as bad a shape as SLE11_SP4, but still ...
