I assume that this mode comes from your panel. Have you attached a monitor also? The panel mode should not be rejected even if the reduced blanking bit isn't set as in first approximation we should trust the information we have received from the panel.
I have a "Generic" monitor section in xorg.conf.
Ah, this may also be the problem. Mayby you'd be better off if you deleted this. Please post the full log file as this contains information about the detected devices also. We *seriously* have to consider possibilities to detect a monitor
section with default values - otherwise this will never ever stop :-(
