I googled and found one other source for this error. This went away with autoconf 2.63, which is also the version I'm using.

You could also grep for m4_text_wrap_word in /usr/share/aclocal and
/usr/share/auto*
I don't have this anywhere here. Apparently, this is a macro that had
been added to m4sugar.m4. But I don't see any use of it...
