Can you try git commit 3d031afba8c23b (the previous to the current one) and check whether that one is working correctly?
With a not-too-old git (1.5 should suffice) you can just 'git co 3d031afba8c23b' and are done. Do 'git co master' to get back on track afterwards.
Errr! I hate git (or it hates me):
17:29 alchemy:~> cd archlinux/apps/radeonhd/ 17:30 alchemy:~/archlinux/apps/radeonhd> git co 3d031afba8c23b git: 'co' is not a git-command. See 'git --help'.
"co" is a subversion shortcut. You want
git checkout 3d031afba8c23b
;)
Cheers,
Err, Yang, I'm still having problems:
17:53 alchemy:~/archlinux/apps/radeonhd> git checkout 3d031afba8c23b
Note: moving to '3d031afba8c23b' which isn't a local branch
If you want to create a new branch from this checkout, you may do so
(now or later) by using -b with the checkout command again. Example:
git checkout -b
