Those messages all look normal. The GPU can still access >256MB of memory, the message just says that the CPU can only access the first 256MB. -----Original Message----- From: Leonardo Arena [mailto:rnalrd@gmail.com] Sent: Friday, October 09, 2009 2:19 PM To: radeonhd@opensuse.org Subject: [radeonhd] 0x9553:0x1028:0x02BE: Mobility Radeon M92 Hi I'm using radeonhd from git commit 42a81085042606cd812732a13b66527d37fc625c and I'm getting this message in Xorg.0.log: (II) RADEONHD(0): Card not in database: 0x9553:0x1028:0x02BE; using generic modesetting. If - and only if - your card does not work or does not work optimally please contact radeonhd@opensuse.org to help rectify this. Use the subject: 0x9553:0x1028:0x02BE: <name of board> and *please* describe the problems you are seeing in your message. I'm attaching full X.org log in case it's needed. Thank you Leonardo -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org
