Well, see subject: what's the status / future plans for support of the new range of ATI chips in radeonhd? This is the chip family on which the just-released HD 4850 and HD 4870 are based. Also looks like there'll be lower-end products based on this RV730 chip, one with an AGP interface (good news for dinosaur systems!), three Mobility chips, probably a couple of FireGL boards, and a couple of things with interesting codenames - Kilimanjaro and Haleakala . (ATI guys reading this list, you may want to obfuscate the information in the Windows driver a little better unless you're aiming to fuel internet gossip about possible future products, which hey, isn't a bad viral marketing idea :>) -- adamw -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org
