Sorry, that you are not an intended user of openSUSE (and besides, you will be out of luck on January 1 anyway). For this detailed control of packages, you will probably be better served by Gentoo or something similar.

BTW, it should theoretically work, unfortunately both https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python:Factory/pypy2 and https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python:Factory/pypy3 are broken. Requests with fixes and upgrades to the latest versions of those packages are more than welcome (especially, pypy3).
