[opensuse-project] Standing for the Board
Hi All, I'm (also) going to be standing for the upcoming elections. I won't bore you with my ideas as campaigning isn't meant to start until Friday. I'm looking forward to doing my little bit to help this process and the project as a whole Regards Richard -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

Awesome Richard! I echo the statements of others that it's great to see so many good people step forward! After the very successful openSUSE 12.1 release* I'm really glad to see the community step forward for these positions. I think the board can use fresh blood and fresh ideas.
Regards
Richard
* that's from a marketing perspective - read a few reviews and you know what I mean. LinuxActionShow even said we're setting the new standard for distributions :D I'd love to hear thoughts on this from other perspectives, of course. Including ideas on how to improve!
