Meeting Minutes 11 Jan 2016 3PM CEST Topics Budget oSC 16 TSP Mailinglist Moderation Budget Board discussed current budget status at the end of the Board year - agreed to continue as in previous years going forward, with the assumption that the next board will put together an expectation of expenses for SUSE to approve/be aware of oSC 16 Some confusion about the final dates, the Board is awaiting confirmation of the final dates. The Board is concerned that time is ticking and the sooner public announcements, CFPs, calls for sponsors, happen, the better TSP The Board noted potentially confusing messages coming from the TSP team, with some encouragement on Facebook regarding applying for TSP for FOSDEM when FOSDEM is closer than the usual 6 week TSP window. Michal to follow up with the TSP team to make sure everything is okay Mailinglist Moderation Discussed the community feedback regarding mailinglist moderation. Board decided that, while the original decision to remove an individual from all openSUSE lists was correct and justified, the impact was more far reaching that intended, removing a source of great help from the opensuse@ support mailinglist.
