KDE3 is not part of Leap 42.1 - so those packages did not get on your
machine in a clean Leap 42.1 install way.
Hence, keeping udisks1 in Leap makes no sense - as you already know,
KDE3, which is not shipped in Leap, is the only thing on your machine
depending on it (so you could get udisks from the same place you got
the kde3 packages from)
