If your talking about build.opensuse.org or the wiki it is taking the profile pic from Gravitar so you need to update it there https://en.gravatar.com/

chuck and I got is sorted, but fun fact: there is a single, global namespace for files on the Wiki, so that if I upload a picture of me named "me.jpg", it will write over any file that already exists with that name.
