It is like that for almost all of our infra, however status is hosted in a way that should never depend on the rest of the infrastructure (and that's for both instances of it), so it is harder to tie it to the way we acquire certificates everywhere else.
status.o.o runs its own instance of dehydrated, but for some reason (probably related to the http -> https redirect) the renewal failed :-( Regards, Christian Boltz --
