[opensuse-project] Kernel 3.8?

I know there's been a feature-freeze, but since kernel 3.8 is already released, it would be of great benefit to make openSUSE 12.3 release with the 3.8 kernel. Releasing on an already past-kernel makes openSUSE 12.3 have a shorter shelf-life, especially on mobile devices like ultrabooks and laptops.
