Well, my opensuse alias is not in the logs, that's whey it passed. So, it is using my ISP "from" in the envelope, but the "from" header is my alias. Not something you can do on the MUA...
My trick is to send via another /ISP/, gmail. Gmail has an automatic form you can fill to authorize an account with them to send for another address.
