Want to create a ovmf-descriptors repo on openSUSE github

Hi openSUSE github admin, I has maintained qemu firmware descriptors for OVMF here for SLE and openSUSE: https://github.com/joeyli/ovmf-descriptors I hope that this repo can be pushed to github.com/openSUSE. How should I done for trigger this process? Thanks! Joey Lee
