Hello,
Recently I observed, I am getting 'ssl_error_rx_record_too_long' error
when I visit any pages at opensuse.org
After refreshing for few times it works.
I am using Mozilla Firefox 40.0.3 version for Windows 8.1 Pro.
Same issue in Google Chrome 45.0.2454.85 version.
Anybody facing this issue recently?

Using the same version of Mozilla Firefox and chromium on Opensuse and
Ubuntu, I don't have this issue.
Can it be windows related?
