Let's say we had accommodated the following:
Do we keep change the project name?
[ ] Yes [ ] No [ ] Abstain
Now, are we running a vote to understand the community's wish regarding changing or keeping the project name, or are we running a survey about how the community feels about changing the project name?
So, you do not want to know how many care, but can't decide in an option for whatever reason? If 80% do not vote, that's bad. But it 80%, say, "abstain", that's good, the decision (yes or no) is valid, because 80% have said they accept it. There is a difference. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
