Arguably, something like this should be produced on-demand, rather than being warehoused for use. That's what the local reimbursement process is intended to be used for. I've not promoted it at all (as I haven't had time to do that promotion), so I may not be the best person to head that up, but there is a fund for that sort of thing that could be utilized. Perhaps a solution here would be for me to step down from the local reimbursement team, and for jdd to pick it up?
