UYse the new "maintainer" functionality in osc 0.120.

I'm afraid that functionality is not available for us plain users. I assume it is something of the buildservice, which you don't install unless you have an account on the buildservice, I suppose. How then does a plain user/reporter find those emails?
"zypper in osc" But you need a buildservice account I think. The normal bugreporter just reports the bug and it gets assigned to the screening team who reasigns it accordingly.
