[opensuse-project] No Phase 2 for oSC19 Talks

Hi all, I just wanted to let you all know that there will be no phase 2 of accepting talks for oSC19. All people accepted their talks by March 1. There was one lighting talk that was cancelled. All other talks were accepted.* Thank you all for submitting your talks.
