I don't like the idea of having to create an indico account, just to submit a talk.
Isn't it possible to submit a talk with an existing account (such as openSUSE member accounts)? No, unfortunately.
We have submitted a talk before by email, which has been said it's fine, and now has been nullyfied. Yes. That is because we had to proceed the emails manually into Indico. That is not very efficient. Moreover we had to asked back quite often because people did not send the needed information. Thats better with
Me neither. the form.
So I'll bite, create an account on _another_ _some_ - system, and resubmit the talk. Brave man. Short googeling btw. gives you details about indico and its running at our site, so there is no need to be afraid of "another some" system.
Can we please handle this different in future? Maybe, if somebody, for example you, step up and implement iChain support into Indico.
