[opensuse-project] Small bug in TSP Application >>>

Hello, I found 1 small bug in TSP application while browsing it. I applied for TSP for #osc13 & also for #osc14. Now, if I click on "Requests" it shows all the requests. Year is not displayed for previous & latest requests.
