I do not think that we need more rules. The rules in place worked perfectly fine. Board members are community members, the rules apply to them in the same way. If one Board member messes up, the rest of the Board will apply the rules and will enforce the Code of Conduct (as they did here apparently). If the entire Board messes up, the community has the possibility to vote them out. What more do we need ? The Board members did their job. In some people perspective, they could have done it in a better way, sure, but they did it. In the end it seems to me that we are discussing for nothing.
