SLE is used to refer to common code that both SLES and SLED are based upon, but I would stress that in that sentence there is also another word - ... release a *significant* portion of the ... So speculations are possible, but the easiest thing to do is to take a look yourself:

I see Gnome Shell, so desktop should be there and AFAIK, SLED uses Gnome only.
Hmm, checking what is there and what I can think of as part of SLE and everything seems to be there, so I don't see anything missing :-)
