I noticed "Ext4 introduces the embedding of very small files in the inode." Last time I looked e2fsprogs in Factory did not include version capable of enabling it. Did it change? Is it now enabled by default?
This may be a problem as grub2 does not support it (I have a patch hanging around though ...)
