Hi Jason,
Jason Evans
Hi all,
There are a few open-source projects that have regular live streams/meetings about what's going on the project, interviews, etc. For example, there are Kubernetes office hours and Rancher office hours on YouTube.
We have started very recently livestreaming over at https://www.twitch.tv/susedevzone, so that might be a potential starting point? (I've CC'd Tim and Andrew who are currently doing regular streams over there).
I would like to know if anyone would like to produce a regular official OpenSUSE After Hours stream where people involved in different projects at OpenSUSE can talk about what they are working on, what it's like being a member, etc. I'm thinking specifically about projects like Kubic, Uyuni, and OpenQA. Ideally this stream would be 100% geeky geeko fun and no politics (internal or otherwise).
I definitely like this idea! Unfortunately, I personally don't have the
time to drive this, but I'd definitely join in if anyone decides to be
the host of such a weekly/by-weekly/monthly show/stream. So in good old
openSUSE tradition: this is a do-ocracy, it ain't gonna happen unless
you[1] drive it.
Cheers,
Dan
