The individual in question refused to put his fee inside the aircraft (after I had received orders from my commander). On the subsequent combat assault the crew chief used his baseball bat to push the Lt. out a bit early.
You did mean "feet" ? Or was it fee? Do you still fly? My PPL is in need of a "refresh" - I just need to throw money... It was feet (I type fast and sometimes leave out a letter). You've probably seen pictures of Hueys carrying 6 troops with 3 on each side with their feet hanging out. It seems that in another unit a soldier fell out at altitude, so that the group commander put out an order that troops must keep their feet inside the aircraft at altitude. On this particular day,
