I have a similar problem on my IBM PII GL300, i.e. I can not get to BIOS. When I switch on my computer I have the following messages displayed:

(message in Spanish - SK) INCORECT DISK CHANGE DISK AND PRESS ANY KEY

No option where I could set to read CDROM while booting seems to be available if I choose 'Continue'.

If I go through options available I see in help that an option of ‘BIOS update’ must exist somewhere which I can not find. At some place an entry for CD-ROM appears, but it is not active (marked with different color, not selectable).

How do I get to BIOS?
