[opensuse-packaging] perl-Text-Unicode overrides perl-libintl-perl
Does anyone happen to know why perl-Text-Unicode overrides perl-libintl-perl (or perl(Locale::Textdomain))? devel:languges:perl/perl-Event-ExecFlow fails because libintl-perl is not installed, even if specified as BuildRequires. So far I have not spotted a Substitute or Provides/Obsoletes in prjconf. Olaf

makeinfo is not a proper replacement: [ 13s] # Error: Can't locate Locale/TextDomain.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Locale::TextDomain module) (@INC contains: /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/Event-ExecFlow-0.64/blib/lib /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/Event-ExecFlow-0.64/blib/arch /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.24.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.24.1 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.24.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.24.1 /usr/lib/perl5/5.24.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.24.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/Event-ExecFlow-0.64/blib/lib/Event/ExecFlow/Job.pm line 6. It installs into /usr/share/texinfo/lib/libintl-perl/lib/Locale/TextDomain.pm Why does it hijack perl-libintl-perl anyway? Olaf

It lacks BuildRequires: perl-libintl-perl.
