Well I guess what i'm getting is I have a couple of devel packages where
I use them and they are useful, however, in Update repo's they don't
seem to be. I also end up working on updates for a large number of
packages that I may only ever see once so it would be nice if there was
a way to globally disable these services but only in update repo's. I'd
consider always building with --noservice but then I miss the errors
about not adding patch files.
