[opensuse-packaging] supressing error message

I'm btw. of the opinion that in current times the option of having /usr on NFS is useless and harmful (because it creates work that nobody tests). It (probably) doesn't work since, uhm, 10 years, and nobody cares. Maybe we should abolish the false impression we give that we support that. I still use a separate /usr partition on servers, mainly because of my FreeBSD background :) But for the rest I agree, very few people use it, so it is not much use any more to be so strict on this problem, a warning instead of an error should be enough. Still I added https://features.opensuse.org/308901 as I want to be able to use the latest syslog-ng, which is full with interesting features... Um, separate partition is perfectly fine. All local filesystems are mounted before syslogd starts (in fact before pretty much else starts either). It's when /usr is mounted over NFS, i.e. after network is up that all services started before needs to sit in only / . I would predict that about 10 persons in the world still use NFS-/usr ;-) Ciao, Michael.
