This is about the same warning seen earlier in libproxy: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=613907 In your case it looks like librep is not a shared library, but only 'starts' with 'lib', which makes rpmlint get confused... so you should be safe and this is a false positiv in your case.
