One thing, do we keep a list of packages which do not reproducible build(-compare) that can be processed manually at leisure?
Because I think there is some manual work to do.

This is the the DISTURL, if that changes you have different sources. But since you didn't build in OBS you have no DISTURL.
I guess we need to special case (none) then for use outside of OBS.
