[opensuse-packaging] licenses.rpm again

      Hi,

I've found this output in the finished 'build':

Your package contains a file that contains the FSF GPLv2
license. If you really have to ship it, consider symlinking it
from the licenses package.

I remember deciding that we'll not use the licenses.rpm... or am I
wrong? What's the current status, please :)?
