I seem to be not really awake lately, thanks for the pointer. I have that in my bookmarks but must have missed it somehow.

I also just spotted the "Request devel project change" button on the page for openSUSE:Factory/vagrant.

Also, if you have an existing package that moves to a new spot, a change devel request on that package will automaticlaly list the new place as a devel project.
