[opensuse-packaging] need maintainer of tv packages

Hi, In the place where I live (Prague, Czech republic), analog TV has been shut down recently. Therefore the following packages are in need of a maintainer that can properly test them: xawtv - upstream not very active (or distros not active in upstreaming stuff), Fedora, Debian and us have several patches, it might be a good idea to cooperate here. tv-fonts - zero maintenance zvbi - upstream active nxtvepg - upstream acrive - the technology is only used in some parts of Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and Turkey according to the package description).
