Switch to webui2 in test environment in request show
We need to enable bootstrap in the test environment to
catch failing feature tests.

Skip feature tests related to request views in webui2
In the migration process of the request views to bootstrap,
certain feature tests need to be rewritten. In order to prevent
the old tests to fail, we need to skip them for now.
