Hi Group, Context/Problem: I'm trying to configure Bacula on my laptop. The missing link at the moment is being able to direct emails to my gmail account. It seems that the simplest way to send email from the command line is using ssmtp and mailx. As described here: http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Gmail_and_sSMTP However none of the 'official' openSUSE repos seem to have the ssmtp package. Can anyone comment on using sstmp on openSUSE? e.g. avoid, redundant, etc. I don't have an ISP provided email server - I just use gmail. Is there a simpler alternative to ssmtp on openSUSE 11.0?
