My need is to make title. I want to have some sort of text ("openSUSE Video Team", for example) written on an existing clip (not a fixed image).
In kdenlive (just installed), I can create the title, but I can't see it,
probably offscreen, I remember having a fight with a long scrolling title just not being positioned the way I liked it. ... or transparent on transparent color?
neither by itself nor on the previous intro clip. tutorials found on the net don't work (not the same kdenlive version)
any clue?
kdenlive-0.7.8-1.pm.1.1 from packman no problems here. Just tested again. I've done a lengthy film production with this version of kdenlive, besides some graphics glitches, and a very occasional crash, it worked really well. cheers, JW- -- o \ Juergen Weigert paint it green! __/ _=======.=======_ <V> | jw@suse.de back to ascii! __/ _---|____________\/ \ | 0911 74053-508 __/ (____/ /\ (/) | _____________________________/ _/ \_ vim:set sw=2 wm=8 SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) SuSE.
