Hello Werner,
I use Yast/System/Profile manager for that. With Profile Management you can set up configuration per profile fi: At home, At the office, On the airport etc. Just activate profile management, create needed profiles, set up the required configuration and go once more in profile management and save this configuration under the appropriate profile. While logging in you can make from the selection screen, in case of multi boot, with F2/F3 the selection for the required profile which activate in turn the required network configuration. You can also switch profiles while you are already logged in (not a very nice feature, too many steps). Hope this helps.
Thanks for your hints. The Profile manager you are using was what I mean with "verschiedene Netzwerk Konfigurationen". I already use this for differend settings for Home and Office. What I want to know was: Can I also use KWifi Manager when I used YAST I understand 'no'. I think the best solution for me is the hints of David concerning "K Internet". many Thanks Werner
