Dieses mein E-Mail-Programm (Win Netscape mit Instant Messenger) ist evtl. nicht in der Lage das Anhängsel als Anhängsel zu belassen, es hängt den Text mögl. unten an den Text an. Falls es so ist tschuldigung. So jetzt würd ich gern wissen ob es noch weitere Infos gibt mit denen ich den Helfen- den nochmals weiter helfen kann. zuerst möchte ich noch eine Ungenauigkeit meines vorangegangenen Textes aufklären, und entschuldigen:
Das von mir angesprochene nicht funktionierende pcmcia.rpm Packet Version 3.1.28-86 das nicht aus dem "Update-Bereich aus SuSE 7.3" des SuSE-Servers stammt;
"Stammt vom SuSE-Server aus SuSE 7.3", eben nur nicht aus Update.
Das sollte baugleich sein mit dem Paket auf den 7.3 CDs und sollte vor allem funktionieren. Vermutlich ist bei Dir irgendwas verbogen, oder Du schaffst es einen (sehr) seltenen Fehler auszulösen ;)
Nun denn, der Cardmanager funktioniert nicht richtig, er gibt keinerlei Biebtöne von sich und es lassen sich keine Karten im laufenden Betrieb installieren oder deinstallieren --> das System hängt sich auf !
So jetzt würd ich gern wissen wie ich den helfenden mit weiteren Infos weiter helfen kann.
