Would it be possible to update this list when the rsync serve comes back online both for IPv4 and IPv6?

Yep, I can ping it too now. The rsync server still need fixing though.
It would indeed appear to be the rsync server - I can't reach it on ipv4 either. I've updated the ticket above. Is there anything else we can do?, it's been down for a week now.
