Although I have fewer chance than before to write and send *paper-based* letters, it looks pretty good. :-) Still, it seems to be a template for German. If you are kind enough to make another *universal* version so that each Ambassador can modify and translate it as needed, it would be useful for all. ;-) However, if you made it for the purpose of being used *only* by Ambassadors, what are the use cases you assume ? Is there any reason to restrict the use by ordinary users ? My Template is based on an Template from the OOo Package. I don't know, if exists an EN Version.

That was just my first idea. I think we can made an universal template for all Community Members. Good Idea :-)
